Every part Vedika Machinery Pvt. Ltd. manufactures exists twice before it exists in steel.

First on our benches, where the worn original is measured on VMM equipment, its material identified by spectrometry, and the result rebuilt as a controlled CAD model, built from precise measurement of the original. Then, where geometry is complex, as a 3D-printed prototype checked for dimensional fit before any metal is cut. From there, the part is machined to the dot in our own CNC toolroom and inspected by engineers who have spent their working lives around teabag machinery.

Most parts are trialled on running machines before dispatch.

That is the difference between a part that fits and a part that lasts.
